The donation can be paid to Mrs. Day at the front office after your registration form has been successfully submitted, and BEFORE THE CLUB STARTS on Sept 18. If you cannot afford the cost of the donation, this will not prevent your child from participating in the club, please email Mrs. Scherer.

Ranches Academy Club Rules and Expectations

To allow an equal opportunity for all students to join a club, if your student signs up for a club he/she must attend. Students cannot sign up for multiple clubs that have more than one conflicting date. All students must be picked up on time when the club is over. If a student is picked up late more than one time, they may be removed from the club. Students are expected to use the manors they are taught to use in the classroom. Misbehavior may result in removal from the club.

THIS CLUB REQUIRES A PHYSICAL WAIVER FORM TO BE FILLED OUT BEFORE PARTICIPATION. Please print the physical waiver form, and turn it into your club instructor the first day of the club. If you do not have one printed and filled out by that day, your student will not be able to participate.
