Ms. Plewe

Intervention Specialist

Born and raised in Southern California, I graduated from California State University, Fullerton in 2018 with a Bachelors Of Fine Arts. After that I moved to Utah and began pursuing an education career. I earned a certificate in teaching English as a foreign language, and worked as an elementary substitute teacher before coming to The Ranches Academy to work as an Intervention Specialist in 2021. I am currently working on getting my Masters Degree in Elementary Education and teaching certification from Western Governors University.

I worked in many different types of jobs before coming to The Ranches Academy, but none of those jobs have been as fun or fulfilling as working at this school. The teachers and staff have always supported me, and the kids make every day a joy! I love working with the students and getting to know and help them on an individual basis as an interventionist, and I especially love getting to see their growth throughout the year and from year to year as well!

I love drawing and learning, especially about art, history, English, and foreign languages (I've got a little bit of Japanese and Ukrainian under my belt), and any teacher or student who's had me in their grade can tell you I'm a proud Crazy Cat Lady
