Mrs. Hatch

Third Grade

I grew up in Bountiful, Utah and attended Weber State University where I studied education, getting my degree in English with a minor in European Studies. I am currently working through my MEd through Weber State.  I love studying languages and cultures of the world. I speak Romanian, French, and of course, English. I have taught ESL for three years, teaching children in China online. I have taught 1st, 2nd, junior high English, and now 3rd grade. I love helping students discover their abilities and make sense of the world around them. 

My family moved to Eagle Mountain in 2015, and we absolutely love it here! My husband Jarom and I have four children, and all have attended Ranches Academy. As a family, we love to go camping and having adventures exploring this beautiful state of ours.  When I’m not at school, I’m usually in my sewing room, playing the piano, or reading a book.
